Eirina Bourtsoulatze wins the Best Student Paper Award at PV 2012
The Nomor Research best student paper award at Packet Video 2012 has been given to Eirina for her paper 'Distributed Rate Allocation in P2P Networks with Inter-Session Network Coding', co-authored with Nikolaos Thomos and Pascal Frossard.
