Here we provide some relevant practical information, which will we will update in due time.
Which services will move into the new BI building
Human Resources, Monday 24th and Tuesday 25th of June – rh.epfl.ch
Financial Services, Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th of June – sf.epfl.ch
Faculty Affairs, Friday 28th of June – professeurs.epfl.ch
Research Affairs, Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd of June – dar.epfl.ch
Planning and Logistics, Wednesday July 3rd – vppl.epfl.ch
Strategic Purchasing Office, Thursday, July 4th – dabs.epfl.ch
Centre Interfacultaire Bernoulli, to be confirmed – cib.epfl.ch
Teaching Support Center, to be confirmed – cape.epfl.ch
All in all, no less than 150 staff members will move into the new building.
Although the aforementioned offices and services will do whatever they can to continue to provide high quality service during this time period, we count on your understanding in the event of any inconveniences caused by this move.
The new BI building will also house the post office, scheduled to open in mid-July, as well as a restaurant operated by Novae (Copernic, Arcadie, Ornithorynque), which will follow in September.
