Congratulations to the following five Master students for completing successfully their Master project with the EESD laboratory:

  • Benoît Girod "Assessment of Colombian reinforced concrete buildings with thin structural walls"
  • Daniel Grüter "Effect of induced seismicity on stone masonry buildings: Stone masonry shear compression test & finite element models"
  • Olivier Pasquier "Analysis of the microstructure of a new construction material"
  • Matteo Realini "Evaluation parasismique d'un bâtiment existant en prévision de sa surélévation"
  • Nathan Richard "Effect of induced and normal seismicity on masonry buildings"

The Master projects were supervised by Angelica Rosso, Francesco Vanin, Michele Godio, Bastian Wilding, João Almeida and Katrin Beyer. The external experts of the oral examinations were Haroun Benaboud, Perret-Gentil + Rey & Associés S.A. (Realini), Dr. Pia Hannewald, Résonance S.A.
