Ivica Zivkovic joins LQM as senior scientist

Ivica obtained his PhD at the University of Zagreb and was a postdoc in LQM 2007-2008. After that he returned to Zagreb, where he set up his own laboratory at Institute of Physics. We are very happy to welcome Ivica back to LQM.
Ivica's research interests lie in the field of magnetism, covering diverse topics from magneto-superconductors, over heavy fermion systems, low-dimensional insulating magnets to more recent skyrmions. He has a strong expertise in bulk magnetic measurements but also in neutron scattering experiments. More recently he has started to develop high-pressure systems for the investigation of magnetic materials.
