Sanctions against Russia for Collaborative Research Projects

In the context of the crisis in Ukraine, the European Union has issued sanctions against Russia. Switzerland applies the same sanctions in order to avoid their circumvention.

These restrictions on exports could potentially affect international collaborative research projects (such as European projects) involving partners from Ukraine or Russia. If you are considering participating in such a project, please contact the Research Office.
