SNSF Ambizione Energy & Assistant Professor (AP) Energy Grant

These career funding schemes focus on individuals conducting research. Two calls are launched, deadline 14th November 2014.
Ambizione Energy:
For PostDocs who wish to conduct an independent research project in the field of energy
The grant comprises the researcher's salary and the project funds (up to max 900' 000 CHF) for a maximum of 3 years

Assistant Professor (AP) Energy Grants:
For an assistant professor (with or without tenure track) who is newly employed (max 1 year) for the purpose of establishing competences at the inter-university competence centres (SCCERs)
- The grant comprises the project funds, but no salary of the PI, for a maximum of 1'200'000 CHF over 4 years
